1 Thessalonians 1:1 | Turning the World Right Side Up

This week marks the beginning of our 2026 walk through of 1 and 2 Thessalonians. These letters were written by the apostle Paul to a church that he cared deeply about but was unable to spend much time with due to rising persecution. In them, he instructs the church on how to live for Christ in the midst of their culture while looking to the future with hope.

It is our sincere desire to see the Believers at Breesport grow in our courage and understanding of how to live for Christ in our culture.

This week we will look at Paul’s founding of the church in Thessalonica, but we will do so with the call to “Wake Up!” always before us. There is no time to waste. The mission is too urgent and the cost of sleeping our way through life is too great.
