Jesus, the Mercy Seat

We have been walking through the Old Testament Tabernacle this Easter season for the purpose of seeing the Person and work of Jesus Christ.
Resurrection Sunday marks the end of our journey because it brings us to the Mercy Seat of God where sin was paid for and mercy was given through the death of another. In the Old Testament that came through the blood of bulls and goats, but now we see Jesus who came as the final sacrifice for guilty sinners.
