In Need of Encouragement

Leadership, at every level, can be a thankless pursuit. Most parents have experienced a moment in time when their selfless and sacrificial service to their children was met with ingratitude or indifference.

What do you do at that moment? Do you become bitter toward those you are called to lead or do you seek your encouragement in someone who is higher and who sees and knows all that you do?

In this week's text we are going to see Moses give in to his discouragement. What about you? As Christ-followers, who are seeking to lead in the places God has put us, we must learn to encourage ourselves in the Lord so that we do not become weary in well doing.
