Be Humble, or Be Humbled

Leadership is inherently dangerous because it tempts people to think more highly of themselves than they ought to think.

The reality is that we are where we are, we have what we have, and we do what we do by the grace of God. Leaders who don't understand that become dangerous to the very people they are charged to lead.

The Biblical expectation, therefore, is that we, as Christ-followers, would humble ourselves, regardless of position, or we will be humbled. So, the question of the hour is this, "who do you think you are?"
