Do Hard Things

Leadership is hard, therefore, leaders need to be willing to do hard things. That is an increasingly difficult requirement as it seems like we are losing our collective stomach for hardship of any kind.

We almost demand that life be easy, convenient, and manageable, but that's often not how life works in a world that has been broken by sin and filled with people who have also been broken by sin. That dynamic alone is enough to make leadership challenging.

A godly leader, however, is willing to do the hard work needed to obey God and lead his own heart before he or she seeks to lead others. The question is this, what kind of leader do you want to be?
