The Rhythm of Service

“No one was ever saved to sit.” That’s a common expression heard in every new member’s class here at Breesport Baptist Church.
We believe that every believer has been spiritually gifted through the sovereign agency of the Holy Spirit to serve the Body of Christ both inside and outside the church house.
Therefore, service should be a normal part of the Christian experience. But once again, the primary question is why?
Our text this morning marvelously answers that question. It is our prayer that service, of some kind, will become a normal rhythm of all our lives so that our service fulfills its ultimate purpose.
