More Than a Man 05- The Glorified Christ

Throughout this Advent season we have sought to see Jesus through many different and yet equally Biblical lens.

The Bible proclaims Him to be the creator and sustainer of the universe. He is the fulfillment of literally hundreds of Old Testament prophecies that all pointed ahead to the coming Messiah Christ. He is the out-raying of the glory of God and the exact imprint of the divine nature and He is the God-Man who, though fully God, has also fully joined Himself to humanity such that He is one with us.

In Revelation 1:12–20, God pulls back the veil to show us Jesus Christ as He is now - the glorified, reigning High Priest and King - so that by beholding Him rightly, our casual faith is transformed into reverent worship, joyful obedience, and bold, holy living.
