Beware the Snare

The Bible says that the fear of man is a snare (Proverbs 29:25) and yet many people in leadership positions struggle with this condition. They want to be liked more than they want to be godly. They want to be affirmed by those they are leading more than they want to please the Lord. If that's the case, the leader is not actually leading, the crowd is.

This week we will look at the example of Moses and his brother, Aaron and we will see that one was driven by the fear of God and the other was driven by the fear of man. One man almost ruined the nation of Israel, and the other acted as its intercessor and savior.

What kind of leader do you want to be? Will you lead from fear or will you lead from faith? Beware the snares as you step up and LEAD.
